  • UPDATING DOESN'T WORK... UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE WE SUGGEST REQUESTING A NEW CATALOG, DELETING YOUR OLD CATALOG IN QFLOORS, AND IMPORTING THE NEW CATALOG YOU RECEIVE FROM THEM.     (03-29-17)
  • (6/2014)    "Dropped" vs. "Deleted" - a style and its colors are dropped, then set up in a subsequent update as the same style and colors, with a slightly changed value, but with the same SKU numbers as before. To bring back into a catalog, the initial update must be a delete, not drop.     (6/2014)
  • (12-7-2016)     Until we get further clarification from DalTile, we suggest that you cease to do updates. It appears that there could be an issue with their "drop" command that is causing unwanted styles and colors to be dropped. If you need a pricing update, please request a full catalog, and then replace the old catalog with the new one.     (8/30/2016)
  • (12-15-2016)   Incorrect Drop / Add is creating duplicate SKUs, resulting in "duplicates"
  • (12-7-2016)     Duplicates - it is likely that, even replacing the old catalog with a new one, duplicates will result, requiring significant effort attempting to clean them up. Unless there is a pressing need, we recomment not using DalTile within QFloors.
  • Uses invalid characters, causing a "SUCCESS_WITH_INFO" error.     (6/2014)
