QFloors Continues with Record Growth

May 2017

QFloors continues to grow, both in size and in sales. According to QFloors CFO Trent Ogden, 1st quarter 2017 sales are up more than 50% from last year. We’re grateful. We’re also determined to do everything in our power to ensure that as we grow, customers will continue to receive kind, attentive, and professional support.

You may be talking with new voices and hearing new names at QFloors. We have had an influx of new employees due to our growth. The following employees have joined our team recently:

Kaleigh Everding - Kaleigh became a part of the QFloors team in February. Her official title is “administrative assistant” but she helps multiple departments in a wide range of capacities.  Some of her responsibilities include coordinating trainings and users conferences, and helping with financial and marketing projects. Her organizational skills have made a big impact already.

Josh Davis – You may already know Josh. He actually joined us last August, but we haven’t formerly introduced him yet. He is a greatly valued member of the Support department. Josh is currently working towards a degree in Computer Sciences and Information Systems, and has a knack for technology. Fun fact: Josh is just about to become a first-time dad.

Sione Pauni - Sione is currently studying accounting. He brings a strong understanding of business accounting to our Support team. His calm, patient nature lends itself well to customer support.  He’s been a great addition.

Melinda Russell- Melinda has a robust background in both business and technology. She is very bright and hardworking, and we’ve been quite impressed with how quickly she has come up to speed in her role in the Support department. We are very grateful she’s joined the QFloors team.

Taylor Ogden – Taylor joined the QFloors sales team last October. As a fourth-generation flooring specialist, he has carpet fibers in his blood. His years of working in a retail flooring store have given him great insight into the many unique needs of the flooring dealer. Taylor is currently studying towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing.  His floor covering background, communication skills and work ethic have been an awesome contribution to our company.

Loha Mae – Loha comes to QFloors with 18 years’ professional experience in sales and customer service. He excels in interpersonal communication and his ability to demonstrate empathy, courtesy and respect to diverse people with differing personalities. His experience as a business consultant is another asset. Loha became part of the QFloors sales department in April.

Phil Hunt – Phil is the newest addition to our QFloors sales team. He brings a passion and talent for discovering client’s needs, and finding the perfect solution to fit those needs. He has spent years working closely with small businesses, and loves to help facilitate their growth and success.  Phil’s honesty and integrity make him a perfect fit for QFloors, and we’re very grateful he has joined us.
