With great regret, we announce that longtime QFloors employee Charlene Holden has decided to retire at the end of August. As one of the first employees hired by QFloors (only Ron Cluff came before her), Charlene has been an integral part of the growth and success of our company.
Prior to joining QFloors in 2001, she worked at Franklin Covey, a time management/leadership training company. Charlene definitely incorporated their famous “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, and her efficiency, attention to detail, incredible work ethic, and absolute and unfailing integrity have greatly benefitted our company. For years she has overseen our sales administration and product fulfillment, as well as helping with the details of customer maintenance plans, tradeshows, trainings and travel, and other behind-the-scenes support. Charlene cares deeply about QFloors -- our company, customers, and coworkers.
QFloors President Chad Ogden said, “We are happy for Charlene as she hits this milestone of retirement, but she has been such a steady presence for so many years, it will be strange not to have her here. No one could ask for a more loyal, kind, dependable, humble and giving employee. She has all the traits of a truly Christlike human being and we are going to miss her.”
