Have you seen our new Support website? We have been working hard to make sure there is full access to the most up-to-date information. So check it out and see the changes we’ve made to our updated training resources. Not only have we updated the design of our website, but we’ve also improved the functionality and access to the information you need to effectively run your business.

One thing you may quickly notice is that many of our Training videos have been updated. Many of the videos are now shorter, allowing you to save valuable time. We have also grouped training videos by category so they can be easily found. We continue to work hard at updating and creating new short training videos, along with hosting live webinars addressing and reviewing new features and best practices. These webinars are offered the first Thursday of each month, at 2 pm MST. Details and links are sent via email. If you have had the opportunity to attend one of these recent live webinars, you’ve noticed the opportunity to interact live with other QFloors users as well as our executive management.

All of our Application notes can be easily found and searched for through the Knowledge Base header located at the top of the support site web page. You can find written instructions by category, whether looking for setup recommendations, best practices for The QFloors Process, Creating Remnants or Monthly Bookkeeping Procedures.

You can also find the most up-to-date information in our QReporter Library, Release Notes, B2B, Training Options, and Access to Software Updates.
